● ½ teaspoon of black pepper

● First you need to make the dough in order to make Fettuccine pasta. First, take 200 grams of refined flour in a bowl.
● Add ¼ tablespoons of salt to the flour.
● Now add water but you do not have to add the whole water, you have to gradually add the water and make a semi-toughened dough.
● Generally in the dough, 100 to 110 milliliters of water is used.
● Once the dough is ready, cover it with the moist cloth and put it aside for 15 minutes.

● After kneading, again cover the dough with cloth for 30 minutes.

● Now we have to boil the ready pasta. Take 5 cups of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt to it. Along with that add olive oil.
● Add Fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and boil it for 4 to 5 minutes.

● Add chopped onions and capsicum you have finely chopped before. Keep stirring it.
● Add ½ cup of Chardonnay into the hit.

● Add white cream in it to give a creamy flavor. You can directly buy the white cream from the market. It is readymade and you can directly use it.
● Wait till everything settles down and reduces in a thick paste.
● Add seared reddish Chicken of the Woods mushrooms. Along with that add some cheese to give a cheesy flavor.
● Add that boiled Fettuccine pasta to the pan and give it a good mix.
● After cooking for 3-4 minutes, off the flame and serve the pasta.
● Add some grated cheese again on top of that.
● Add freshly green garlic also on it so it gives some spicy flavor.
