● 1 and ½ liters of water
● 2 cups of macaroni pasta
● A generous amount of saltFor making spicy Sauce:

● ½ tablespoons of Ginger
● 1 chopped green chili
● ½ cup of chopped onions

● ½ tablespoons of Kashmiri chili powder

● ½ cup of chopped tomato
● Salt to taste
● 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
● A pinch of kasoori methi powder
● ¼ cup of chopped capsicum
● Handful of Chopped coriander leaves
● Mozzarella cheese

● Add 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil
● Add 2 tablespoons of butter to it

● Add ½ tablespoon of chopped garlic to the mixture when the oil and butter is hot enough
● Add ½ tablespoon of chopped ginger
● Also you must be having 1 chopped green chili of medium size, you have to add that as well.
● Add ½ cup of chopped onion. You do not have to make the onions brown otherwise it will taste like it is burnt. You just have to saute a little onion so that it becomes a little transparent.
● Add ½ tablespoon of turmeric to the pan
● Add ½ tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder
● Add 1 and ½ tablespoons of coriander powder
● Give it a quick stir
● Immediately add ½ cup chopped tomatoes. After adding tomatoes you can really see the color of the mixture. It does really look great.
● Give a quick sprinkle of salt in the pan for taste.
● We do not have to totally puree the tomatoes otherwise it will feel soft and mushy.
● Add 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup. This tomato ketchup works as a secret ingredient in the red sauce.
● Add a pinch of Kasoori methi powder for the taste.

● You only have to boil the pasta if the sauce is ready. Without the sauce you can not boil the pasta otherwise it will be sticky to each other and also does not taste good.
● For boiling macaroni pasta you need to take one pan and in which you have to take 1 and ½ liters of water to boil the pasta.
● As soon as you can see the boil in the water, add macaroni pasta, which should be around 2 cups.
● You will add a generous amount of salt to the pasta. Being generous means a lot.
● Drain the water easily and strain it with the help of a sieve. Along with that do not throw the remaining water in which you boiled the pasta.

● At the end when the pan is still on the flame, you have to add a handful of chopped coriander just to give it a taste.
● Now you have to pour the flame off so that it does not get overcooked.
● After putting the foame off, you just have to add a handsome amount of cheese to it.
● After adding the mozzarella cheese to the pasta as per your wish, you have to again toss it and give it a good mix.
● After putting the macaroni pasta on the plate, you can add more cheese to the pasta.

- ● We have to make the onions like it has a bite or it should be crunchy so that it feels good and further it is going to be cooked with other things as well.
- ● After adding tomato ketchup, you can literally see the shine it gave to the mixture and it will also give flow to the sauce.
- ● It is really easy to overboil the pasta that’s why whenever you buy the pasta, you should read on the packet of pasta that how many minutes you have to boil this because you are directly adding the macaroni pasta in the hot boiled water
- ● Do not let go of the water while you are straining the pasta from water because you can use the water in the thinning of the pasta.
- ● We have to add a generous amount of salt to the pasta because the pasta will only absorb the salt which they want, other salt will be in the boiled water which you used for boiling purpose so there is no tension in the pasta being too salty.
- ● You do not have to add oil to the mixture or while boiling because when it is boiling, the oil will not stick to the pasta very effectively so it doesn’t even matter if you add the oil or not.
- ● You do not have to add the oil if you are all ready for the pasta making and if pasta is directly going into the making of macaroni pasta.
- ● We did not add the green chopped capsicum before because the color of the green capsicum will be faded and the taste will also be faded. Along with that the crunchiness should have gone if we had cooked it for too long because capsicum takes very less time to cook.
- ● Once you have added the boiled macaroni pasta to the pan, you do not have to use any instruments for sauteing. Try to toss it because the boiled pasta is at the pick and can be broken at any point in time so you have to make sure not to saute it but toss it. If you are not comfortable tossing then you can flip the pasta, lift it, and put it back in the pan. This is the thing you can use as a replacement for tossing.
