For making Mayonnaise:
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ tablespoons of sugar
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Vinegar
- 1 cup of oil
Vegetables used in making Mayonnaise Pasta:
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Garlic
- 1 onion of medium size and finely diced
- 1 big-sized green capsicum which should be finely chopped
- ½ cup of sweet corn
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- Remaining water of boiling pasta2 cubes of processed cheese or slices of cheese
- Boiled pasta
- Salt if necessary
- 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
- ½ tablespoons of mixed herbs
- ¼ tablespoons of black pepper powder

- First of all, take the pan so that we can boil the pasta very easily. At least add up to 5 cups of water in the pan
- As soon as you can see the bubble in the water, you have to add 1 tablespoon of salt in it.
- And add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan
- Mix it properly so that salt, oil, and water can get mixed
- Add 300 grams of penne pasta to the pan. Most people do use penne pasta and that is the reason that I have also taken Penne Pasta.
- You have to boil the Penne pasta until it gets cooked for 70% and the remaining 30% you can cook when you are actually making or cooking mayonnaise pasta.
- Boil the pasta for around 8-10 minutes, during this time, the pasta will be boiled till 70%.
- As soon as you get to know that the pasta has boiled for 70%, you have to turn off the flame of the gas.
- After that drain the penne pasta and strain the penne pasta totally and put it in a sieve so the remaining water can be removed.
- Do not throw the water which has been strained from the pasta, we are going to use it while we are making the mayonnaise pasta

- Take one long jar of thick eggless mayonnaise.
- In a jar, add ½ cup of milk
- Add ¼ tablespoons of sugar to the milk
- Also, add salt according to the taste
- Along with that, you have to add vinegar as well in the milk so that the milk will be destroyed by vinegar.
- Mix it by rounding the jar with your hands
- Now you have to use the hand blender in order to make the mayonnaise.
- You have to start the hand blender in the jar of milk and other ingredients.
- Now the most important is to add oil to the mixture. You just do not have to add 1 cup of it but gradually add with one hand and with another hand you have to keep stirring the mixture with the blender.
- Till the time you are adding the oil, you have to continuously use the blender.
- You will be able to see that as you are adding the oil by the time, the paste of mayonnaise is getting thick.
- If you see that some portion is still like liquid then you have to take the blender upside down in order to cover the whole portion of mayonnaise.
- The oil should be totally emulsified in the mixture then only it is said to be the perfect mayonnaise.
- Now the mayonnaise is ready to go into Mayonnaise pasta.

- Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter as well in the oil.
- As soon as the butter has been melted you have to put 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic pieces in the pan.
- Slightly saute garlic pieces for one or two minutes on medium flame
- You have to put all the finely diced 1 onion in the pan
- You will have to saute it for 1 or 2 minutes only.
- Saute the diced onion, till the color of the onion get pink
- You must have chopped green capsicum as well, then you have to add 1 big-sized green capsicums which should be finely chopped in the pan
- Add ½ cup of sweet corn as well after adding capsicum.
- Saute all the vegetables for 2 minutes as it should be cooked from all sides and by sauteing it, the vegetables will not get burned.
- Add ½ tablespoon salt to the pan for taste.
- After that,, we will add the most important and essential ingredient which is mayonnaise. You have to add one cup of mayonnaise to the pan.
- You have to mix everything very nicely because the mayonnaise should be mixed with the vegetables as well and it is quite hard to mix it because mayonnaise is a thick paste and to turn it in a thinner form and mix with everything is a tough job to do.
- Meanwhile mixing, you have to keep the flame of the gas on low.
- After that add the remaining water boiling gradually into the pan to adjust the consistency of the mayonnaise.
- You have to keep adding water till the consistency is maintained.
- After that add 2 cubes of processed cheese or you can also add cheese slices. You can even add more and that is up to you.
- Now mix everything to become thick
- By the time, the source will be thicker and it will become like what it should be
- Now in the mixture of vegetables and mayonnaise, you have to add boiled pasta.
- Mix gently because by force the pasta pieces should not be broken.
- You do not have to add salt because you have already added cheese cubes and cheese already has salt. If you taste and you feel like adding salt then you can add but without testing do not add the salt.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
- ½ tablespoons of mixed herbs

- Mix everything patiently so that flavor of spices is mixed with the pasta

- ● The length of the boiling of penne pasta could vary from household to household because people use different things to boil Penne pasta some people use gas, some people do use induction and some use electricity as well. According to the temperature and flame of the gas, you have to cook the Penne pasta for 70%.
- ● Lot of people saute onion for 5 to 6 minutes but that is not the correct way to do it because if you cook the onion for 5 to 6 minutes then it will be totally cooked. You do not have to cook it properly, you just have to cook it halfway, and with other vegetables or with pasta it can get cooked halfway.
- ● Again you do not have to saute any vegetables for more than 2 minutes because the vegetables should be crunchy and will be cooked when adding mayonnaise and pasta to make.
- ● You can add egg one or eggless mayonnaise in your pasta because a lot of people are vegetarian and they do not eat egg as well so they do not consume any item of egg so they can use eggless mayonnaise.
