● 5 cups of water
● 2 cups of pasta
● Pinch of salt

● As I have mentioned, you can make Red Sauce pasta with two sauces of which are homemade sauce and the second one is the ready-made sauce.
● First boil the 1 or ½ cup of pasta in hot water till it gets smooth. Also, add olive oil to pasta and water. It generally takes 8 minutes to boil. If you over-boil it then the pasta will break while you are stirring and you will be disappointed.
● While the pasta is getting boiled, you can hit another pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
● In olive oil add 1 tablespoon of roughly chopped garlic and stir on the low flame. Make sure that the garlic does not get red.
● Now you can add the 3 tablespoons of red sauce which you brought from the market.
● Stir the sauce and garlic on a low flame. Now in the pan, you have to add chili-flex to give a spicy flavor to it.
● Now as soon as the pasta is boiled you have to drain the water from it and add directly the pasta to the pan of red sauce.
● Give a good mixture to both of them. Add finely chopped parsley on top of that.
● In addition to that add around 1 cup of cheese into it and it is ready to serve. - making of red sauce pasta recipe:
● First we need to blanch the tomatoes and for that we need water. Blanching the tomatoes means we give the tomato a little cut on the backside of the tomato by a crisscross sign and put them in boiling water for 15 seconds.
● After boiling for 10-15 seconds, you have to be ready with cold water. Put the tomatoes out and put them in cold water. By putting it in cold water, it will lose the skin and you can easily peel off the skin of tomatoes.
● After peeling the skin of the tomatoes, you have to chop the tomatoes and along with that we will remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
● Now to make red sauce for pasta, hit a pan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic. You have to cook the garlic on low flame.
● Keep chili flakes ready and 1 tablespoon of it in the pan.
● Add tomatoes that you chopped earlier, you can use the tomatoes as per the pasta you want to make. Cook the tomatoes.
● Now we will boil the pasta along with the tomatoes. Add 1 or ½ cups of penne pasta to the boiling water. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it. Also, add one pinch of salt to it.
● After 8 minutes of boiling in the water, you have to drain it and strain it and add it directly to the tomato pan when the sauce is ready.
● Add salt in that garlic, tomatoes, and chili flakes combination.
● Give a good mixture of the pasta and a combo of red sauce.
● Take parsley and chop it off and add it on top of the pasta.
● After adding the parsley, give it a gentle stir.
● Turn off the hit and grate the ½ cup of parmesan cheese on top of that.
● After putting the Red Sauce Pasta on a plate again, grate the parmesan cheese and serve it.

- ● Make sure that Pasta is not over-saucy because, in traditional Italian dishes, the sauce is not that much.

- MAKING OF RED SAUCE PASTA RECIPE WITH READYMADE RED SAUCE:
- As I have mentioned, you can make Red Sauce pasta with two sauces which are homemade sauce and the second one is the ready-made sauce.
- First, boil the 1 or ½ cup of pasta in hot water till it gets smooth. Also, add olive oil to pasta and water. It generally takes 8 minutes to boil. If you over-boil it then the pasta will break while you are stirring and you will be disappointed.
- While the pasta is getting boiled, you can hit another pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- In olive oil add 1 tablespoon of roughly chopped garlic and stir on the low flame. Make sure that the garlic does not get red.
- Now you can add the 3 tablespoons of red sauce which you brought from the market.
- Stir the sauce and garlic on a low flame. Now in the pan, you have to add chili-flex to give a spicy flavor to it.
- Now, as soon as the pasta is boiled you have to drain the water from it and add directly the pasta to the pan of red sauce.
- Give a good mixture to both of them. Add finely chopped parsley on top of that.
