    ● ½ tablespoons of olive oil

  • For making White Sauce:
    ● 4 tablespoons butter
    ● 4 tablespoons refined flour or all purpose flour
    ● 2 tablespoons milk
    ● Salt
    ● ½ tablespoons black pepper powder
    ● ½ tablespoons red chili flakes
    ● ½ tablespoons mixed herbs seasoning
    ● 4-5 tablespoons of grated amul cheese

  • Vegetables used in making white sauce pasta:
    ● 2 tablespoons olive oil
    ● 1 medium sized chopped onion
    ● 1 medium sized carrot
    ● 1 small sized chopped capsicum
    ● Few pieces of corn
    ● Salt
    ● ½ tablespoons black pepper powder

Directions

  • MAKING OF WHITE SAUCE PASTA STARTS WITH BOILING OF PASTA:
    ● Take 200 grams of Penne pasta and put it aside on a plate.
    ● Take 4 to 5 cups of normal water in the vessel for boiling pasta.
    ● Additionally add one teaspoon of salt in the boiling hot water.
    ● Also add half teaspoon of normal or any vegetable oil in the water. (Whatever oil you are using)
    ● Give it a good mixture of salt, oil and water.
    ● As soon as you can see the boil in the water, you have to add the 200 grams of penne pasta in the boiling water.
    ● You have to boil the pasta at medium high flame and wait for the water to boil in the water.
    ● You have to stir in between boiling so that it does not get sticky with each other.
    ● Boil the pasta till 80% and drain the water from it.
    ● Strain all the moisture from the pasta and wash the pasta with normal water.
    ● After washing the pasta, you have to spread the pasta in a tray or in a bowl.

    ●  Add 4 tablespoons of butter in the pan. You have to put the flame regularly so that butter does not get burnt.
    ●  As the butter has been melted in the pan, we will add 4 tablespoons of all purpose flour.
    ●  Mix the all purpose flour with butter on low to medium flame. You have to continuously mix it.
    ●  You have to cook the flour and butter for 3 to 4 minutes.

    ● In the pan which is ready with white sauce, you have to add all the cooked vegetables in another pan.
